  Called them to inquire about pricing because it sounded like I had an animal in my chimney. When I got pricing, I decided to check out another company to compare. The guy on the phone said he would come out to inspect my chimney for free because it was on his way home. He came out, didn't really do anything but listen to our stories of what we were hearing (it wasn't happening at the time he was there), and he left without payment. In the following weeks I get a call from the company asking where the payment for the visit was. After I explained to them the situation they simply said "He doesn't work here anymore, you still owe us the payment for inspection". This is the a pretty crappy way to treat your customers even if they reneg on their promise to inspect my chimney for free. Now I will never give this business another dime of my money. They have shown what type of business they are. I wouldn't even trust them to completely remove the animal from the premises based on their actions. Terrible company.

  I used this company to remove a bat from my townhouse in Fairfax after the county animal control couldn't help me. I was terrified since I have a small child in the home with me. I called this company and they had a technician at my home within the hour from my call, the office was extremely helpful and explained the process to me so I knew what to expect when the guy came to my house. He found the bat (thank goodness) and removed it. He also performed an inspection of my home to determine if I had bigger problem, I had bats in my attic I didn't even know about EEEEEEKKK! They sealed the home up and sent their insulation guys back out to clean up the bat poop that I didn't even know was dangerous to me and my family. I am so thankful I found this company I was satisfied start to finish and now my home is Bat free and safe for me and my son. I'm keeping these guys on speed dial for any other problems with animals and I highly recommend you do the same!
