  I am very pleased and impressed by the responsive customer service provided by Edible Arrangements Store #521 in Central Park, Fredericksburg, VA. After speaking with a rude and unhelpful woman at the Edible Arrangements main customer service number, I contacted the store directly handling my order. Katelyn took my frazzled call and managed to get the order I placed a month ago rerouted back to the store for successful delivery to the intended recipient ON Valentine's Day. Michelle personally delivered the arrangement after it was returned to the store. Kelci called me at 845pm to make sure that everything had been resolved to my satisfaction. I assured her that, yes, it definitely had been. I'm not thrilled with the customer service received at the main number or the corporate delivery policies (considering what you pay for the products), however, these ladies went the extra mile to fulfill the "Certified Happiness" policy. They saved the day for me and my Valentine on one of their busiest days of the year! I'm completely satisfied with the product and the delivery. Their teamwork and extraordinary customer service is sincerely appreciated! I highly recommend Edible Arrangements in Central Park!
