  Went in to have the bracelet on my Omega Speedmaster resized. I was told I had to come back the next day when Michael was working, as he was the only one allowed to work on Omega watches. The next day, Michael resized the bracelet, leaving gouges on all four lugs of the watch. This, from the only person allowed to work on Omega watches, by an authorized Omega distributor. Needless to say, I’ll be contacting the BBB and Omega directly for a resolution. When working on a $5,000 watch, tape the lugs and know what you’re doing.
