  Horrible service. Bought a microwave Nov 10 with estimated delivery of Dec 20. Date comes and goes, then told December 28th. Then get a call and then Mid Jan. Service desk gave me number to the vendor. Vendor refuses to deal with customers. Will only deal with the store. Call the store and try to talk with someone in appliances numerous times and got hung up on. Finally call and request the manager. The manager was busy with another customer so the customer service rep had to deal with me in a not-so-good mode. It wasn't her fault but she called the vendor, calls me back and now says my microwave will not be shipped until February. This is completely unsat. Lowe's as a whole is going to lose a customer who spends 1000's of dollars a year at this store. Internet orders are filled first from any store with one regardless of location (informed from store associate). If you order online any store around the country that has one in stock will have that one taken off the shelf to fullfill the order. Even if you are standing at the counter wanting to buy one and they have one in stock, the internet order trumps the customer in store. So I cannot get one off the shelves. I should not have to wait this long for my order to be taken care of. If there is one in stock in a store customers with back orders should be taken care of first. Good bye Lowes. Nice way to take care of your customers.
