  We knew exactly when they were coming thanks to the heads-up call they gave, and their service was excellent. The bed is extremely comfortable, and is a perfect fit for my husband and I. The customer service we received from the salesman was also top-notch. An all around amazing experience!

  Purchased a queen size boxspring and mattress. Five months later the boxspring was bent down and lost it shape in the main section that my son would sit. Regardless of him sitting in the same spot everyday, I have never had a boxspring bend because of usage within 5 months or up to several years later. Because of the bent boxspring the mattress was out of shape. Requested warranty replacement and that was a disaster. After an in-Home visit , and about a week later replacement mattress was ordered. Upon arrival right before the plastic was to be ripped off the mattress, the delivery men took the mattress out my home with no full explanation but call the warranty company. This led to a mass of miscommunication and disappointment because the wrong item was ordered by the store and this is why the delivery was failed. Thank God after the second representative has enough information to determine the issue I received the proper replacement. Mistakes happen but when communication is lacking within a company and paranting companies that will always cause a bad experience. Three stars for lack of communication at time of delivery.
