  In order to have them treat the inside I have to be home when they arrive. After a Fredericksburg tech does not show up on three different occasions I call to complain. I understand if the first time she was sick but not two more times back to back. She claims she told me I was to call her ahead of time or she will not show. I was NEVER informed by Orkin or the tech that I had to call before nor is it standard policy. The problem is they do not regularly have other tech to choose from in this area that is not Fredericksburg. I have been stood up 3 times. I contacted Orkin and her boss calls but he is not very helpful and is making excuses for his tech's abnormal behavior. Then she the original tech called me back that same day hours later and angrily shouted at me about complaining about her behavior. Then she got very nasty with me verbally on the phone and cusses me out. I hung up and called Orkin. I asked her boss to never have her call me or come on our property again. I do not care what issues is claimed she was having. She was clearly out of line and I am not use to be insulted. Another very friendly tech came by and told us a list of things that were not being done to help eliminated the ant problem. That is not what the Fredericksburg branch manager told us so I do not know who is being truthful. So we may have paid money for the difficult tech to not completely treat our place. After all we decide to stop using Orkin's services for life.
