  We just purchased a sofa and two reclining chairs at Powell's Furniture and the customer service couldn't be better. Our sales associate Beverly Cherry was very kind and knowledgeable and made our purchasing experience very stress free which is hard to find. In addition we asked two Powell's designers their opinion with our purchases and they were more than happy to help. They gave expertise advise which made our decision making that much easier. We will definitely be returning to purchase additional furniture.

  Shopping here was a very easy and comfortable experience. Linda was our sales woman and she did an awesome job of letting us shop, getting a feel for what we want, and even helping to pick out some extra pieces that went well with the sectional we chose. Of the many furniture stores we’ve visited over the past couple weekends, I would say Powell’s had the better variety and options for configurations and fabric. We also like the 5 year warranty that included pet damage, and if you don’t use it you get it back as store credit. Financing our furniture did not take long, and was easy and simple to understand and without too much small print. We get our delivery in just two days, and I’m hoping that will be just as easy and trouble free as our visit and purchase. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone who asks. Thank you Powell’s furniture for such a wonderful experience so far.

  I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience. I walked into the store and was greeted warmly by everyone there. I asked for the salesman that I spoke with the day before and he was awesome. Next he took me to the area I was interested in while providing me with a background on the store. I met the manager then met Mr. Powell himself. It was a pleasant experience in the store. No pressure to buy and needless to say, I bought everything I needed right there. Thank you Powell's Furniture for the best experience ever.
