  I was really excited to come dress shopping, and this was the first place I went to try on dresses. Let's just say that I was extremely disappointed with my experience, and I will not be recommending this place to anyone ever. First off, my mother and I arrived at 12:25 for our 12:30pm appointment (Saturday) and we were not greeted by anyone until 12:35pm. We didn't mind too much because we knew there was another bride trying on dresses. At 12:35pm, we were called to the counter to get started. I remember filling out a form prior to my visit containing questions about what I was looking for, but those questions were asked again at the beginning of my appointment. What's the point of having the survey is they don't actually help you be more time efficient? Anyway, the lady helping us (I can't remember her name) was very sweet and nice. She was the best thing about the appointment overall. Another thing that made my visit terrible was the manager on duty at the time. When I came out in my dresses, she could tell I wasn't too happy. She was asking me what I was looking for and I let her know what my dream dress was. Her immediate response was that I shouldn't want those things and finding my dream dress was extremely unlikely. I then proceeded to tell her that I did not want strapless dresses while she was pulling some, but that was all she pulled. She told me that I didn't know what I wanted. I went back to the dressing room and was crying while the young lady put me into another dress. I was so over it. In the dressing room, I tried on the first strapless dress. The manager came in and said "this dress is so you!" and my first thought was "...you don't even know me." I could tell that they were trying to get me into dresses just to get me out of there sooner. I did not like ANYTHING I tried on. Coming into this appointment, I was also aware that the appointments lasted 1.5 hours. My appointment time was at 12:30pm, so one would think that I could be there until 2pm. Well, at 1:30pm, the sweet lady showing me dresses says that she will put two dresses into my favorites so that I could come back. My mom and I looked at each other and were very confused because we still had another 30 minutes there. We were pretty much being rushed to end our appointment because another group arrived 30 minutes too early. We weren't too upset though because we knew that we would not give this place our business after the experience and customer service we had. An hour later, I went to another bridal shop and found the dream dress that this place said I would never find. I had such a terrible experience, and I don't plan on shopping here for anything or recommending this place to anyone.
