  Went in at 7:45pm looking for leather sole dress shoes. I looked around for a couple of minutes then was assisted by one of the sales reps. He was very helpful and knew his shoes. He spent time working with me to find the shoe that fit. For the shoes that I liked but weren't in the store he checked online for other store inventory to have shipped local. The experience and assistance in finding shoes that I liked was very much appreciated. A totally different experience than shopping on your own. The atmosphere is open and the shoe selection is easy to find. I recommend this place for dress shoes and motorcycle boots.

  Two weeks ago, according to his/her response to a review, the owner of Saxon promised to do a basic thing for its customers: publish its store hours accurately. But they haven't. It turns out that this week, they are closing at 8. But you don't discover that information until you have driven to the store, walked through the mall to find it, and then read the tiny sign that they posted on the door. This behavior suggests a lack of respect for the store's customers. And it is not businesslike. There is nothing about an 8 PM closing this week on either the website or the recorded telephone greeting.
