  Went in to buy a bed, specifically the C4. Richard started off alright but then tried to sell us pillows we didn't want etc. The straw that broke the camel's back was when he simply walked away. He was joking and looking a pictures on someone's phone. My wife and I were baffled, guess they don't work on commission. We walked next door to Mattress Firm and were treated properly by Moe. We ended up spending about $4,000 over there, way to lose that sale Richard. I'll never go back to that sleep number store.
