- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆December 05, 2019, by Joe LarsonThere's no reason that a customer should have to wait over an hour and a half for service when two managers are walking around doing nothing. Go to a different store. I've had decent experiences here in the past but I'm not coming back. Update: we have been here for over two hours and still habe not spoken with a salesperson who can upgrade or phone. We would have left a long time ago but we feel committed to seeing this through. This is absurd.
