  After the timeline for my engagement ring delivery was unexpectedly not met (through no fault of Ulman’s) the owner went to great lengths even devoting time over the holidays to follow up on any updates regarding the delivery. He reached out to me after hours making himself readily available to me and giving me constant updates. He offered to remedy the situation a number of ways. He gave me his personal number and encouraged me to reach out to him day or night to accommodate any remedy I could think of. I’m speechless I thought business wasn’t conducted like this anymore. Reminds me of 1950s good old American small businesses. I will be a client for life. Thank you sir for making what could have been a catastrophe into a small hiccup.
